Brief Introduction

The SZS series oil and gas-fired boiler feature a Type D layout, with the furnace on the right and the convection tube bundle on the left; they are secured to the boiler base frame via movable supports located at the center and both ends of the lower drum, ensuring that the entire boiler can expand toward both ends. The furnace is surrounded by membrane-type water-cooled walls. The membrane-type water-cooled wall on the left side of the furnace completely seals off the furnace from the convection tube bundle. The flue gases produced by combustion in the furnace enter the combustion chamber and the convection tube bundle area through the flue gas outlet at the rear of the furnace, then pass through the spiral finned tube economizer and condenser, and finally enter the flue to be discharged into the atmosphere.

The combustion chamber features a large furnace design, suitable for a variety of fuels, and capable of achieving ultra-low nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions (NOx ≤ 30 mg/m³). A flue gas condensation recovery unit is installed in the boiler’s rear section, effectively reducing flue gas temperature and improving boiler thermal efficiency.

A composite water circulation structure with forced circulation in the high-temperature zone of the boiler body ensures reliable cooling of all heat transfer surfaces and prevents vaporization.

304 stainless steel casing; ultra-quiet operation at 80 dB; aesthetically pleasing, durable, and with an exceptionally long service life of 20 years; the boiler body features a high-quality aluminum silicate insulation layer with excellent thermal insulation properties, and the outer layer is protected by pressed protective panels.
