August 7, 2025.our client Mr. Issam, visited China and toured TGBOILER.  

Mr. Issam is from Iraq and works as a procurement officer in the dairy industry.  

In the afternoon, our company’s owner picked him up at the airport. They first toured the company office and then held a product discussion with our business colleagues in the conference room.

The client purchased our WNS boiler products. Our business colleagues asked questions about what clients value most when purchasing boilers and the daily operating hours. Mr. Issam provided detailed answers to address the client's concerns. Additionally, he mentioned that they prefer communication via email or other digital means. The client was very satisfied with our products and services and expressed a desire to maintain a long-term partnership with us.
