Recently, a 5 ton biomass steam boiler was successfully installed, commissioned, and put into operation at a plastic processing plant in Vietnam. The boiler provides a stable and reliable steam heat source for the customer’s production line, meeting the heating and process requirements of plastic product manufacturing, and effectively ensuring production continuity and product quality stability.

This DZL series biomass boiler features a single-drum chain grate design with a three-pass fire tube structure and a mixed water-tube/fire-tube combustion design. The chain grate in operation automatically feeds fuel, with adjustable rolling speeds to accommodate the combustion rates of various fuels. Additionally, the boiler offers strong fuel adaptability and high thermal efficiency.
