With the tightening of environmental protection policies, a feed mill in Myanmar needed to upgrade its boiler system. TGBOILER supplied the facility with a 4 t/h DZH series chain grate steam boiler.

The DZH series boiler provides stable steam for critical stages in feed production, such as conditioning, pelletizing, and drying. By “cooking” the feed with high-temperature steam, it not only kills bacteria but also gelatinizes starch, significantly improving pellet formation quality and digestibility.

The boiler is highly adaptable to various fuels, including wood, rice husks, and biomass pellets. While ensuring compliance with environmental standards, it has greatly helped the feed mill reduce fuel costs and improve production efficiency.
