Recently, a rice processing plant in Thailand needed to purchase a new biomass steam boiler to improve production efficiency and meet market demand. Based on the customer’s requirements, we recommended a 2 ton DZH Series biomass steam boiler.

Boilers in this series feature threaded fire tubes, a single water tube, and a horizontal shell-and-tube design, with a three-pass fire path and a mixed water-tube/fire-tube combustion design. Their fixed chain grate combustion system is suitable for various biomass fuels, such as coal, rice husks, nut shells, sawdust, and waste wood, and can also burn firewood and crop straw.
