Project Background

A cosmetics company in Colombia is seeking an environmentally friendly and sustainable thermal energy solution for its production expansion project. In the cosmetics industry, processes such as material heating and emulsification, equipment and pipeline sterilization, container disinfection, process water supply, and factory air conditioning and temperature control all require a large and stable supply of high-temperature steam. To align with global environmental trends, the factory plans to purchase a 2-ton gas-fired steam boiler.

• Fully Automated: Features a fully automated intelligent operating system, fault alarms, and interlock protection functions (such as overpressure and low-water protection), ensuring safety and reliability.

This boiler features an integrated design and is fully assembled prior to shipment. Upon delivery, it can be directly connected to water, electricity, and fuel sources for immediate use, saving installation time and costs.
