Project Background:

To improve production efficiency, a rubber processing plant in Thailand contacted TGBOILER to purchase a 2 ton natural gas-fired fire-tube steam boiler to supply the steam required for key processes such as rubber vulcanization, heating, softening, and drying.

This horizontal boiler features a three-pass fire-tube design, offering high thermal efficiency, clean operation, and low emissions. Equipped with an automated control system, it is simple to operate. Additionally, its skid-mounted design reduces installation time and costs, allowing for rapid commissioning.

The boiler has completed inspection and testing and is scheduled for export to Thailand, where it will provide a stable and reliable thermal energy solution for the rubber processing plant.
