Project Background:

The client is a sugarcane processing plant in Thailand. Its existing boiler suffered from issues such as unstable steam pressure, high fuel consumption, and poor emissions. The client sought to upgrade the boiler system while fully utilizing local biomass fuels (sugarcane bagasse, crop straw, and other agricultural and forestry waste) to reduce energy costs and achieve stable, efficient production.

Based on the client’s needs, TGBOILER recommended a biomass steam boiler. After careful comparison, the client ultimately ordered a DZH2-1.25-SCI model, a 2t/h biomass steam boiler.
