Project Background:

The client is a tea processing plant in Bangladesh. With the expansion of its tea plantations, the facility sought to add a new tea production line while fully utilizing local biomass fuels (rice husks, firewood, and agricultural waste) to reduce energy costs and achieve stable, efficient production.

Based on the client’s needs, TGBOILER recommended a biomass steam boiler. After careful comparison, the client ultimately purchased a 2 ton biomass fired steam boiler. This boiler operates stably, is highly adaptable to various fuels, is energy-efficient and environmentally friendly, and is easy to operate. The boiler has been successfully delivered and installed, and the client is very satisfied with its quality and performance.
