Project Background: Steam Demand at a Household Chemical Products Plant in Tanzania

The client is a specialized manufacturer of household chemical products in Tanzania, primarily producing daily-use items such as shampoo, body wash, and soap. As production scale expanded, the existing boiler could no longer meet process requirements. The core issues were as follows: The old boiler’s steam pressure was unstable and its capacity insufficient, making it unable to provide clean, stable steam for raw material heating, emulsification, dissolution, equipment sterilization, and CIP cleaning; traditional oil-fired boilers were costly and had poor emissions, failing to meet environmental protection requirements;

The plant hoped to utilize local biomass fuels (wood pellet and agricultural waste) to reduce energy costs and achieve clean production.

Based on the customer’s needs, TGBOILER recommended a DZL2-1.25-SCI,2 ton biomass steam boiler. This boiler offers stable performance, clean steam, and energy efficiency while being environmentally friendly; it is widely used in the daily chemical, cosmetics, and food industries. After a comparative evaluation, the customer ultimately selected this boiler to provide a safe and stable steam solution.

The biomass boiler has been delivered and installed, and the customer is satisfied with its quality and operation.
