Project Background:

A new furniture production line was established in Kazakhstan. To meet the steam demand during the production process, the customer contacted TGBOILER to purchase a 1 ton vertical biomass steam boilerfor use in key production stages such as wood drying, laminating, paint curing, and heating. The boiler has been successfully delivered and installed; following commissioning and operation, the customer is highly satisfied with the boiler’s quality and operational efficiency.

The boiler features a vertical design, requiring minimal floor space and offering convenient operation. It has high fuel compatibility, capable of burning wood, coal, and other biomass fuels. It produces minimal environmental pollution and fully meets the steam requirements of the furniture production process.
