●Boiler economizer is a device specially designed to recover the waste heat in the exhaust gas of the boiler and convert it into usable heat or energy.

●It transfers the heat in the exhaust gas to the working fluid (such as water or thermal oil) through an efficient heat exchange process, thereby realizing the reuse of energy, improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler and reducing energy consumption. The working principle of the boiler economizer mainly includes the steps of exhaust gas entry, heat exchange process, steam generation, condensation process and energy recovery. The exhaust gas is transported to the inlet of the boiler economizer through a pipeline and exchanges heat with the working fluid. In this process, the heat in the exhaust gas is transferred to the working fluid, causing it to absorb heat and evaporate. The evaporated working fluid enters the steam generator, continues to absorb heat and generate steam. The unevaporated working fluid enters the condenser, exchanges heat with the cooling water and condenses into liquid, which is then recycled. In this way, the heat in the exhaust gas is effectively recovered and utilized.
