Many customers ask when selecting boiler models: What is a DZL boiler? Within TGBoiler's product lineup, the DZL boiler can be summarized as a “horizontal three-pass moving grate boiler.” Primarily designed

as a steam boiler, it accommodates various fuels including coal and biomass. Understanding what a DZL boiler entails enables better selection and application.

Structure and Principle: The DZL boiler features threaded fire tubes, a single water drum, and a horizontal shell structure. It incorporates a three-pass fire tube design with a mixed water-tube/fire-tube combustion

layout. The chain grate automatically feeds fuel during operation, with adjustable rolling speeds to accommodate different fuel combustion rates. Additionally, the small-slat chain grate minimizes fuel leakage and

facilitates replacement of damaged grate plates. Furthermore, this boiler employs specialized dust removal solutions (water film dust collector, bag electrostatic precipitator, dual-tower desulfurization, etc.), achieving

zero pollution while enabling automatic feeding and ash removal.
