Drainage: Ensure the room is equipped with proper water collection and drainage systems.

Leveling: Floors must be flat with no tripping hazards or unnecessary steps.

Accessibility: Equipment should be positioned for unobstructed operation and maintenance.

Environment: Ensure adequate lighting, ventilation, and necessary cooling/anti-freeze measures.

Structural Protection: Load-bearing beams and columns must be thermally isolated from the boiler to prevent high-temperature damage.

Instrumentation Lighting: Clear visibility for water levels, pressure gauges, and thermometers is mandatory, with backup emergency lighting on standby.

Safety Exits: External doors must open outwards and remain unlocked during operation.
