Fabric Dyeing and Finishing: In this process, pigments or dyes are added to the fabric to dye the apparel. Dyeing typically occurs during yarn production or fabric weaving, so the steam generated by the boiler provides the specific heat and humidity required to transfer the dye. 

Fabric Pre-Treatment: In apparel factories, fabrics often require pre-treatment, such as relaxation treatment and pre-shrinking treatment. Relaxation treatment involves heating and moisturizing the fabric to eliminate shrinkage and tension, resulting in a more natural and soft texture. Pre-shrinking treatment involves heating and shrinking the fabric to achieve the desired shape in advance. Boiler steam provides the required steam temperature for fabric shrinkage.

Garment Ironing: During the ironing process, steam is an essential tool for ironing garments. Using steam provides appropriate heat and humidity during ironing, helping to maintain the consistency of garment shape and size, eliminate wrinkles, and make garments cleaner, flatter, and smoother.

Steam is required at every stage of garment production, and the steam produced by steam boilers perfectly meets the production needs of factories. Additionally, it facilitates mass production of garments and improves production efficiency.
